What We Can Help With
A practical starting point for an overwhelming home.
When the work feels too large to begin, a specific goal can help: make a bedroom usable, clear kitchen surfaces, or work through boxes before a move. Tell us which part of daily life you want to make easier. We can plan around that priority instead of assuming you need a whole-house cleanout.
You remain involved in decisions about belongings. Before sorting, we agree on what stays, where to place items needing review, and who can approve removal. Tell us about documents, photographs, keepsakes, or anything you want us to watch for.
Hauling is optional. If you want help sorting and cleaning while keeping your belongings, say so. If you also want items removed, we agree on donation, recycling, or disposal separately. Donation depends on item condition and recipient acceptance.
What if you cannot get the house ready for cleaning?
If belongings cover the floor or the surfaces you need cleaned, sorting and clearing can be part of our work. You do not have to finish those tasks before contacting us. Describe the space as it is, including blocked access, and we will discuss a practical place to begin.
A first goal might be clearing a walking route, making a table usable, or sorting one part of a room. We agree on what to work on and what progress should look like. You can keep belongings, set uncertain items aside, and choose whether hauling is part of the plan.

We discuss access, the level of cleaning, and whether the work can be completed in the same visit or needs a later phase. A sweep after removal and deeper scrubbing are different amounts of work, so the estimate should reflect the finish you need.
In one Seattle duplex project, Exor removed household debris and later returned to degrease and scrub the garage. We plan cleaning around each property's conditions and agreed scope. Tell us about odors or suspected hazards before scheduling. Biohazard remediation is referral-only.
